For over five generations, the Joly family has nurtured this small Domaine (5.5 Ha) in Puligny-Montrachet; the parcels are located on the village side. The Vineyard is worked following reasonable farming and harvest is done by hand. All wines are aged in French Oak from Allier using one third new barrels yearly. Fermentations are natural and sulfite is used to a minimum. A light filtration is completed before the bottling date that is elected based on the Lunar Calendar.

The estate extends over 19ha and wines are produced on the climates of Bouzeron, Santenay, Chassagne and Puligny. Their wines are pure, crystalline and reflect the diversity of the Burgundy terroirs.
