Christophe Buisson created his estate in 1996, after having worked as a winemaker at the same time as a wine broker. Since then, he has put all his energy into careful work in the vineyard as well as in the cellar to offer quality wines and help promote the wines of Saint-Romain. This little-known appellation is home to many wines worthy of interest, both for their intrinsic qualities and for their good quality / price ratio .
Christophe Buisson is from this generation of producers convinced that the quality of the raw material is paramount and that it is necessary to limit the activity in the cellar , especially anything that could rush the wine by mechanical manipulation or pumping. The estate is also in its third year of conversion to organic farming.
