This is a complex terroir, Northwest exposed, made up of small patches of vineyards surrounded by scrublands of pine trees, wild thyme and rosemary, on which grow 4 varietals.
Winemaking: open steel tank-fully destemmed
Ageing: 50% barrels, 50% stainless steel tanks
It is a cuvée that combines maturity and freshness in a bouquet of red and black fruits, and peppery notes. This wine goes particularly well with grilled meats and barbecues. To drink over a period of 8 to 12 years.
