Winemaking: open steel tank-fully destemmed
Ageing: Open steel tank fermentation, fully de-stemmed
30% barrel, 70% stainless steel tank
There is a purity of the varietal associated with this beautiful argilo-calcareous plot, unveiling an elegant
personality. This is a balanced wine, precise and thirst quenching, which goes well with roasted meats and
charcuterie. It vibrates in its flesh and in its slightly spiced black fruit. To drink over a period of 5 to 7 years.
A crystalline wine.
